2003 - 2004 San Diego Playbill Fourth Annual "Billie" Awards! ~ RSVP Information ~ Thank you for your interest in our San Diego Playbill "Billie" Awards ceremony. This year's ceremony will be held at the 495-seat Garfield Theatre, so everyone is welcome to enjoy the festivities. There is no charge for attending.
