Black & Brown Dance Studio Announces Its

Reopening and 1st Annual Dance Festival

On Saturday, March 17th, 2007, Black and Brown Dance Studio will reopen its doors to

the public for their 1st Annual Dance Festival. With a full day of low-priced dance

classes, this event is an exciting way for the community to learn about the art of

dance and speak with Black & Brown’s dance instructors who have taught all around

the world.

“We’re hoping that our community will take advantage of this unique opportunity and

come enjoy a day of dancing,” Business Manager, Tina Marie Honor stated.

Initially opened in September 1997, Black and Brown Dance Studio is owned by

Donald Nathaniel Robinson, dance instructor and ASB Advisor for over 25 years at the

San Diego School of Creative and Performing Arts. “Our mission is to expose the

community of Southeast San Diego to a creative art form, which will provide a healthy

and supportive environment, as well as serve as a means of education and

encouragement,” Dance Studio Manager, Chondra Profit stated.

Immediately following this event, Black & Brown Dance Studio will begin its regular

schedule of classes on Monday, March 19th. Class schedule and teacher bios are

posted at www.myspace.com/blackandbrownstudio.

Black and Brown Dance Studio is located at 4125 Alpha Street in San Diego. For more
