Born: 1988 Height: 5' 9" Weight: 155 Hair: Brown Eyes: Brown Bio: Matthew is proud to be a part of the theatre community in San Diego and is honored to have been awarded a San Diego Playbill "Billie" as "Outstanding Lead Actor in a Musical" for his performance as Will in First Class. In addition to his stage roles, Matthew has studied at The Lee Strasberg Theatre Institute in New York through NYU's Tisch School of the Arts and at the Conservatory Programs at La Jolla Playhouse and San Diego Junior Theatre. He is the president of the Student Board of Trustees of La Jolla Playhouse, the Actors Alliance of San Diego, San Diego Junior Theatre's high school service group "Confetti," and the award-winning Improv Team and the Drama Club at La Jolla High School. As a member of La Jolla High's Speech and Debate Team, he has also participated in California State and local competitions, winning awards for Original Oratory, National Extemp., Impromptu, Essays, and Thematic Interpretation.
