His acting career began later than most, at the age of 26, when he decided to audition for a play at a local community college. From that point on, he has worked almost non-stop in over 30 musicals and plays over the past five years. His favorite role is Cornelius Hackel in Hello Dolly. Other favorite roles include Emile de Becque in South Pacific, Charlie Brown in You're a Good Man Charlie Brown, Orin the Dentist in Little Shop of Horrors and Proteus in Shakespeare's The Two Gentlemen of Verona. Charles recently recorded as a lead character for a musical concept album called CRAZY WISDOM for public release in late 2001.
